What to include so we can act on it
- The page address or the name of the sportsbook involved.
- The exact figure or sentence you believe is wrong.
- Where you saw the current version, such as the sportsbook's own promotions page or terms.
- The date you saw it, since promotions change often.
- Your state, if the issue concerns availability or eligibility.
Please don't send passwords, full card numbers, Social Security numbers or ID documents. We will never ask for them.
What we can't help with
We are an independent comparison site, not a sportsbook. We don't hold accounts, process deposits or withdrawals, or settle bets. That means we can't:
- Release a bonus, restore a voided bet or reverse an account restriction.
- Investigate a delayed payout or a dispute about a bet.
- Confirm your personal eligibility for an offer.
